  As someone who works in senior management, my experience with This facility and the staff has been an awful for my siblings and myself. The level of neglect is incomprehensible. We have had to advocate for my mother from the minute she arrived there. A good show is put on when relatives are there. It is very sad to think how they treat (or not treat) the patients who have no advocates. It is really sad that they plan on releasing my mother- who can't even breathe on her own and get from her wheelchair to the toilet- because she has reached an "occupational plateau" -aka her insurance is no longer going to cover her stay. It all comes down to the all mighty dollar. I shouldn't have to run down the list of drs my. Mother should be seeing and asking what the status of things are. I have reached out a couple times to her social worker to ask for someone higher up in the management chain- and no phone call has been returned. Completely frustrating. If you can send your loved one somewhere else- do yourself the favor and send them somewhere else.

  Our Step-dad is there, and my sister and I are pleased. You have to really advocate in any facility, but putting that aside, his care is good and for the most part he seems adjusted.
